Poetry Friday - Jaeda Renae Features my Poems

Artist, Jaeda Renae, is featuring four of my adult poems on her Facebook page today. The poetry is artfully superimposed on the photography of Adair Puz Davidson. I met Jaeda during the March Madness. She is a friend of my husband, Malcolm Deeley, who is a speculative poet. Once we were introduced, she took off promoting my poems for March Madness. March Madness has opened many doors for me and forged new friendships. I've truly known what it feels like to have fans and to have other poets pulling for me. Exhausting as it was, it was an incredible experience. And I got to meet Jaeda, an artist, who loves my husband's poetry and loves mine as well.

Thank you so much, Jaeda, for taking the time to put together this feature of my poems and Adair Puz Davidson's photography. Brilliant photography and brilliant job! Thanks again!

Here are the links :
"The Comet"
                                 "The Osprey"
                                 "The Sea"
                                 "Moored"

To view them all together, go here and scroll down. Mine are in the last row before the comments begin.

Jaeda is a very interesting artist and photographer. Scroll down to view some of her art!

Thank you, once again, Jaeda!

What an honor to have your poetry blessed in this way! Jaeda did an amazing job of matching poem to image. The Comet and The Osprey are so different, but equally matched in taking my breath away.

I love "The Sea" with its sun on the backs of the dolphins. The photo selected to go with it is perfect--soft and warm. Great combo!

BJ, I had the very same experience with MMPoetry. It really launched me.

The pairing of your poems with the photos is stunning.

And you have a poet-husband?!?! WOW! The words must fly in your house!

I do seem to be getting a bit more "traffic!" I'm glad to hear that MMPoetry launched you! And yes, I have a poet-husband. All we talk about is words. lol. His name is Malcolm Deeley. He is a speculative poet. 5 of his books (I believe) are on Amazon. He's an amazing poet!

Yes, it it certainly true that words are forever coming to life and being crafted into the most fascinating and delightful forms in our house!

I was thrilled to see this display of your work by Jaeda. You two are both inspiring creators, and joined together (along with the visuals of Adair) you really soar. Congratulations to you both!
